This beautiful micro fishing kit contains everything you need to fish in a compact wooden box. It might be our favorite kit of all time.
The kit includes:
- one 150 cm (4'11") telescopic tanago fishing rod
- two complete micro fishing rigs with micro floats
- two acrylic micro rig keepers
- one acrylic rig keeper
- six snelled tanago hooks
- one foam rig keeper
- one vial to hold micro fishing bait mix
- one small cup to mix and hold micro fishing bait
- one pair of retractable scissors
The 8-section rod measures 10 when collapsed and weighs just 1.2 ounces.
The rod was designed to catch tanago, which is the Japanese term for small bitterling fish. It is perfect for catching other micros too! It's excellent for dace, darters, sculpins, top minnows, mosquito fish and only small species.
Just attach one of the included rigs to the lillian at the tip of the rod, bait up, and you're ready to go!
