Description

Forest Miu Native Series Spoons are quality lures designed to catch wild trout. With sharp single hooks, they catch and hold fish without causing much damage. So they're great for catch and release fishing.

Forest is the most popular spoon manufacturer in Japan. Their spoons are also popular with anglers in the know all around the world. They wobble like a wounded baitfish and really draw in strikes.

Why Forest?

We met with Forest representatives in Tokyo who felt their spoons would be a great match for our customers. After extensive testing around the US, we agree.

Forest uses an intuitive system to help anglers zero in on the best presentation. They make their spoons in different sizes so you can adjust to various water depths and current flows.

Spoon color choices

Forest recommends you start with color Number 1, then work your way up the numbers until you find what the fish are looking for.

We've brought in the colors we find work best in the United States. We hope to bring in even more variants in the future.

We've caught countless wild trout on these lures in the colors and sizes we offer. We think you will too.

Brown trout seem to really key in on color Number 1. Brook trout are strongly drawn to Number 2. Though we've caught numerous browns, brooks and rainbows on both colors. Stocked trout of all species love them too.

How to fish these spoons

Fish these spoons with light line. Use a duo snap so you can change colors and sizes as conditions dictate.

If the spoon comes with a split ring in the front use it. If it doesn't have a split ring, you don't need one. Forest ships their spoons ready to fish!

2.8 gram spoons weigh 1/10 ounce.

3.5 gram spoons weigh 1/8 ounce.

4.2 gram spoons weigh around 3/5 ounce.

Made in Japan.
