Sasame engineered these hooks for catching tiny Japanese bitterling or "tanago". They are great when fishing for any micro species with a tiny mouth.
If you want sharp, high-quality tanago hooks these are a great choice. They have very sharp, very small hook points that can penetrate the mouths of very small fish without causing much damage.
These hooks are not snelled. They do not have leaders attached. The hooks don't have eyes either. So you have to attach them to a line yourself using a snell knot.
